The Team

Following many years working as an associate in busy multi-disciplinary practices in Bristol, Nina Leadbeater founded Belmont House Osteopaths in 2008, with a vision to provide top quality osteopathic and complementary care suitable for the whole family in a spacious and welcoming setting in North Bristol. Laura Humphries, who studied from 2000-2004 with Nina at the prestigious British School of Osteopathy in London (now UCO) joined the clinic later that year and is now based solely at Belmont House. Together they have enjoyed many happy years at Belmont House Clinic, meeting & successfully treating numerous delightful patients with a wide range of conditions from the newborn to the elderly.

As the clinic has grown we were delighted to welcome registered Osteopaths Rebecca Austen, Harry Greaney & Marion Vey to the clinic. Rebecca & Harry both trained for their Masters in Osteopathy at Swansea University & Marion completed her osteopathic studies at Oxford Brookes University. Osteopathic training has equipped them with a wide range of treatment approaches from soft tissue, joint mobilisation, MET, & MRT to gentle and effective cranial osteopathy. Harry & Marion have a particular interest in Sports Injuries as well as patients with everyday ailments from all walks of life, from children to the elderly. Rebecca works in our Babies & Children clinic and currently works one day a week at the prestigious Osteopathic Centre for Children (OCC) in London as part of her Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy, where she spends a busy day treating babies, children & post-partum mums. Please see the Osteopathy section for more information.

At Belmont House we believe that working closely with fabulous therapists that complement osteopathy, forms a key part of ensuring successful and complete treatment. With us since 2015, our massage therapist Bradley offers high quality sports and therapeutic massage with daytime and evening appointments available throughout the week including Sundays! We were delighted to welcome Siobhan Doherty of SD Massage to the clinic in 2023. Siobhan offers Sports and Therapeutic Massage Therapy and new to Belmont House Clinic, small group Baby Massage Classes.
