Pelvic Health Physiotherapy - Men's Health

Your pelvic health matters at every stage of life.

At Belmont House Clinic, we offer specialist men's pelvic health physiotherapy in a welcoming, confidential and supportive environment. Treatment is provided by an experienced specialist pelvic health physiotherapist, with care tailored to your individual needs, symptoms and goals.

Pelvic health concerns are common, but that doesn’t mean you have to put up with them. Whether your symptoms are new, longstanding, mild or affecting your everyday life, specialist pelvic health physiotherapy can help you understand what is happening and explore appropriate treatment options.

What can we help with?

Our specialist pelvic health physiotherapy service can support men experiencing a range of concerns, including:

* Bladder problems, including urinary leakage, urgency and frequency

* Pelvic or lower abdominal pain

* Chronic pelvic pain

* Pelvic floor weakness or difficulty relaxing the pelvic floor

* Pelvic health problems before or following prostrate surgery

* Support with returning to exercise and physical activity following pelvic health problems

Our specialist pelvic health physiotherapists are always happy to discuss your symptoms prior to making an appointment so that we can ensure the best and most appropriate treatment plan moving forward. Please contact us on 01173 770518 or email info@belmonthouseclinic.co.uk for more information.

Personalised, specialist care at Belmont House Clinic

Your assessment will be individual to you and carried out in a sensitive, respectful manner. We take the time to listen to your concerns, understand how your symptoms are affecting you and explain the findings clearly.

Your treatment may include education and advice, pelvic floor rehabilitation, exercises, hands-on treatment where appropriate, bladder or bowel strategies, relaxation techniques, and guidance on returning to activities that are important to you.

We believe in giving you the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in your recovery, with treatment adapted as your needs change.

Many men delay seeking help because they feel embarrassed, assume their symptoms are a normal part of ageing, or simply don’t know who to ask. Pelvic health symptoms are common, but they aren't something you necessarily have to accept as part of getting older, recovering from surgery or living with a particular condition. Whether you have been experiencing symptoms for a long time or have recently noticed a change, seeking advice from one of our specialist pelvic health physiotherapists can be a positive first step towards feeling more comfortable, confident and in control.

If you have concerns about your pelvic health, our experienced specialist pelvic health physiotherapists at Belmont House Clinic are here to help.
