Personalised, specialist care at Belmont House Clinic

Your assessment will be individual to you and carried out in a sensitive, respectful manner. We take the time to listen to your concerns, understand how your symptoms are affecting you and explain the findings clearly.

Your treatment may include education and advice, pelvic floor rehabilitation, exercises, hands-on treatment where appropriate, bladder or bowel strategies, relaxation techniques, and guidance on returning to activities that are important to you.

We believe in giving you the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in your recovery, with treatment adapted as your needs change.

Many women delay seeking help because they feel embarrassed, assume their symptoms are a normal part of ageing or motherhood, or simply don’t know who to ask. You do not have to live with pelvic health symptoms and there is no need to feel embarrassed. Pelvic health is an important part of your overall health and wellbeing, and seeking professional advice can be the first step towards feeling more comfortable, confident and in control.

If you have concerns about your pelvic health, our experienced specialist pelvic health physiotherapists at Belmont House Clinic are here to help.
